WTG! Monday (a day late) and a recipe

Okay so I knew it was going to happen, it was going to slow down. So here I am, a little bummed but alright with this weeks results. I am down a whopping 0.6 of a pound. So to date I've lost...17.1 lbs.

  1. Hey you are still losing! That's a plus! I have not done as well. Up and down. Can't get to my goal weight but I'm not trying as hard the past two weeks. I have been sick with a bad cold and lots of headaches. Hoping to get back in the swing of things this week.
