Wow!

Okay so guess what today is??? No, it's not my birthday but your welcome to send gifts anyhow. No, today is weigh-in #1. So my goal is to lose 30 lbs by April 4th. Don't say it! I know that's a tall order, it's pushing it for sure but I want it!!

So for weigh-in #1 (drum roll please) I lost 5.3 jiggly pounds!!! Oh yea so that means I only need to lose another 25 lbs in the next 12 week. How'd you do?

  1. I haven't weighed myself in over a month. Last time I was at 35 pounds but I can totally tell I have most more since then.
I do not own a scale and the scale sometimes discourages me. I have a goal size. I am two sizes away.

WAY TO GO TORI... Keep up the good work!

  5. Congratulations! I know it's not an easy thing to do, but it looks like you have plenty of tools to help!

During Christmas week we stayed in a prophets chamber in Jackson, Mississippi as we traveled back home to Texas. As I was waiting in the living room I saw a basket of prayer cards. I quickly flipped through to see if I knew anyone and there you were!

Hope you have a great week :)

  6. That's funny Angie, we've stayed in that house in Jackson many times. We love Bro. Floyd and Fellowship, very sweet church.
    No furlough posts?

  7. My husband went to Fellowship for a special meeting once without us. He is still convinced that I've stayed in that house before, but I think I would have remembered a fridge full of food and drinks!

When we returned from Brazil in 2011 earlier than we expected we had planned to raise more support and return in a year. During that time Brazil passed a ban on home school so that AND more loss of support rather than gain in almost a year was a closed door for us to return. At least with school age children.

My husband is pastoring a small church in east Texas so that's why no "furlough pics". The blog has pretty much been left by the wayside since I joined Facebook, but I use it to keep up with other blogs that I follow....like yours :)
