Okay so I posted about the adorable d0ll quilt tutorial that was posted over at Sew Mama Sew, anyhow I've been working on it when I have time and here it is. Maybe today I'll be able to finish the quilting (my very first time freehand quilting) and the binding today. I really just wanted to see if I could do it and I'm happy to say; I think I can!!
Love the quilt! Love the colors.
ReplyDeleteHappened upon your blog today! Enjoyed it! Looks great! Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteThe quilt is so cute! My girls would love it if I could make something like that for their dolls. You will have to teach me all that you know when we get to Croatia. :)
ReplyDeleteYou go girl! I am sewing inept! I take that back. I can sew a button. ;)
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by today. I have been feeling a little left out. Just a little insecure. but then I told myself.. "Come on, it´s just a blog! Get back to you´re life." But it still felt so good to have you come by.
It's so cute! I have my top finished and I started quilting it by hand, but I haven't finished it yet. I started a baby project today, and I think I'm going to make several of those doll quilts to use for certain little nieces I know! ;)
ReplyDeleteThat is a great quilt. Good Job! I use to watch my grandmother make quilts. I can't sew.
