We plannned on making hearts since Valentines Day is this week but with kids all plans are subject to change, so we ended up with butterflies, horses, hearts, circles, stars and since we're from Texas, they threw in a couple longhorns although the horns we're a little difficult. Anyhoo, here are their cookies and a picture of the bakers themselves.
Isn't so funny how little things thrill kids. They had so much fun making these cookies and it didn't take much time at all. What a great way to make a memory with your kids. I, way too often seem to busy for my kids, too busy to sit down and play. I'm convicted, hey I'm convicting myself as I type this. I'm going to do my best to take more time for them, listening, laughing and just showing them I love 'em.
Well if that helped you then wonderful, if not I sure needed it!
Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward. Ps 127:3
They look so happy! It does not take much to make them happy does it? I love Mk's!!!
