Weigh-2-Go Monday

Okay, so I'm here and excited about Weigh-2-Go Monday. I'm tickled that I'm actually on my way to goal and I can almost see the light at the end of the proverbial tunnel. So this week I lost......3.5 lbs. towards my 30 lb. goal. So I am officially down 11.7 lbs! Yeah me! You know what that means?? I only have 18.3 lbs. left to make it to my goal. I think I can totally do this.

So how'd you do? I'll see you here next week for Weigh-2-Go Monday.

  3. Yay! Good for you! I have kinda reached a plateau lately. Hopefull more will come off by the end of the week. I want to reach my goal of 125 by Saturday but I don't know if I will. Either way we will move to maintenance for a couple of weeks and then begin all over again if we want to. But we are required to take a 3 week break after 30 days.

  4. Not real well, I'm afraid. And I'm surprised because for the last week I've had practically just liquids because of being sick. But then those liquids was soda and orange juice. No water at all. And when I did eat I had whatever was given to me. LOL
    Maybe the juice and soda was bad, bit it was really all I could stomach. So I'm "chunking" last week out the window and striving for a better week this week! :)
