Week 5 on the SBD

Well I have oficially been on the South Beach Diet for 5 weeks. The first two weeks were a bit difficult but then it got so much easier as the cravings disappated. So now, after 5 weeks I am down 14.2 lbs. I'm so excited about it and can't wait for next week.

I'm posting often about my weight loss on my other blog, I'm Almost There, so drop by anytime, the door's open. :0)

  1. My neighbor is doing the South Beach Diet and she loves it. I do hope it works out for you. I'm REALLY struggling in this area. LOL
