Happy Independence Day!!!

Good Morning All! Well yesterday we decided to take up a friends offer and go visit them for the 4th. Honestly we let many an Independence Day pass without a real celebration here in our home. We remember it but it's very difficult to do any real celebrating alone. We usually have something nice to eat and all but really, celebrating is usually done with many. So anyhoo, we weren't going to go this year either but more for finacial reasons, but yesterday Johnny changed his mind.

I was up this morning at 5:30 doing laundry and packing. It's not really for that long, only until Wednesday but still I wanna make sure everyone has what they need, since where we live Walmart doesn't exist. *Ü*

Our friends, the Fraunhoffer Family which consists of 13 children are our hosts. We always have lots of fun up there with them. Oh yea they live in Budapest, Hungary and when you live in the Balkan area Budapest is up there.

So I'm going to make the fruit flag recipe I posted a few days before and the corn also if I can find corn on the cob here. Buying watermelons too of course, can't have the 4th without those.

Another missionary family will also be joining us up there. The Carneys, they are also missionaries in Hungary.

Anyhoo, I'll be gone until Wednesday. I'm sure I'll be sorely missed. *Ü*
