Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin killed

BRISBANE, Australia - Steve Irwin, the hugely popular Australian television personality and environmentalist known as the "Crocodile Hunter," was killed Monday by a stingray during a diving expedition. He was 44.

Okay, I know this has no bearing on life or the Bible but my kids will be so sad when they hear this. They really like this guy, or liked him. Can't help thinking he was lost, how sad! Hope someone got to him with the Gospel but more than likely not.

  5. It is just so sad that Steve Irwin died! Unfortunately , I remember him making references that the earth was millions of years old. I hope that someone led him to the Lord. Earlier today, I burned my hand on my stove, and I could not believe how painful that little burn was! It caused me to reflect on the brevity of life and on what a torment the pains of hell must be. May He use us as effective witnesses for Him.

  7. Hi Tori! I linked over from Heather (Just Laugh) and have been enjoying your blog for a couple of months. : )

This was really sad about Steve Irwin. When my son was little, he just loved to watch the Croc Hunter.

Have a great day...and congrats on your weight loss!!

I thought the same thing when I first read of his being killed by that sting ray. That is usually my first thought anytime I know of someone passing into eternity. We can only pray that he was saved or had not rejected the gospel at any point in his life.
