Seasoned with Salt - Scripture writing for March

 Hey y'all, Happy almost Spring!

I know we're almost a month away but with all the warm sun the ground has already begun to produce, even some crocus.  So, it's that time again, time for our next writing schedule. For the month of March we will be copying Scripture that has to do with our communication being seasoned with salt. The Bible says in Colossians 4:6,

"Let your speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man."

Let me tell you, sometimes this is no small task. Some people sure know how to push my buttons and then I have to remind myself that my speech should be seasoned with salt and glorify the Lord. So, this writing schedule is very needed in my life and I'm sure you all could probably use a reminder also. I'm so glad to be writing with you all and praying God will use this month to be a blessing to you and to make us all more like our sweet Savior Jesus.

February 2022 KJV Scripture Writing List

I know that we had high expectations that 2022 was going to be better than 2021 and for many of us, it's been even more difficult. I don't have enough fingers to count the friends and family that are dealing with real loss and heartache. For the month of February, we will be writing Scripture that pertains to the thought that, "Joy Comes in the Morning". I know that in my own life and family, heartache seems to be a recurring theme and I could use a reminder to just hang on because joy does come in the morning.

So glad we are writing the Scriptures together!

January 2022 KJV Scripture Writing List

As times change in our world, and the powers-that-be are no longer trusted, we have a sure Word on which we can lean as our ultimate guide in this life. I'm so thankful that Psalm 119:105 is true:

Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
How would we know which decisions to make, which turns to take or to which voice to listen if we did not have the living Words of God?
Things in our world are quickly spinning out of control but be very sure, God is not surprised and has already given His children the instructions we need to navigate the ever-changing world.
As we start out this new year of 2022, let us start it with a mind on the inspired, perfect, and enduring Word of God; the voice that never lies or misleads.

Don't Quit! KJV Scripture Writng Schedule for July 2021

Wow! It seems like I start all these with the word , "Wow!". Time is flying by and we are almost of the backside of 2021. Along with time speeding by, the world is changing at a very rapid pace. Along iwth the world's dramatic, ongoing change, the church itself is also changing. I notice daily people who one stood for holiness and right as conforming to the world and are not longer a peculiar people. We need to hold fats! Dig our heels in and get stubborn about our stand for Christ. It's not time to be relaxed, it's time to keep going and doing what we know the Lord wants us to do. Don't quit----don't quit what you know the Bible instrcts you to do, dont quit living holy for the Lord, don't quit sharing the gospel with the word; just don't quit!

When the Lord returns, and it's not far off, I want us to be found faithful and doing what He left us to do.
I'm looking forward to this month---I need it!

Rejoicing in the Valley - Scripture Writing Schedule - May 2021

I'm so excited about the Scripture writing schedule for the month of May. I have to tell you, between health concerns, Covid lock-downs, and family heartahces, it feels like I visit the valley often. The key to joy in the valley is learning to thank God for the trials and valleys. When we believe Romans 8:28, we can rest in the fact that everything that happens in our lives, are just pieces of God's beautiful plan for us.

I hope this is as much a blessing to y'all as I know it will be for me.
There's also a light-ink version for those of you with hungry printers.

Spiritual Spring Cleaning

I can't even! How is it even already April 2021? I feels like Christmas was yesterday and now we are almost a third of the way through 2021! Is it me, or are the days flying by?

Anyhoo, for the month of April, we will be doing some spiritual Spring cleaning. As much as our homes need a little sprucing up after a long winter, so do our hearts. The truth is, Corona has made this feel like an especially lone winter, lasting like 12 months, so it's about time to clean out some of those doubts, maybe some bitterness, or hard feelings we have piled up over the last year.

I know I need this, and I imagine I'm not the only one.

Redeeming the Time - March Scripture Writing Schedule

I'm almost in shock that we are already looking at March! Feels like our world has been put into fast-forward and things are happening at an incredibly fast pace. With the state of our country and the happenings in the world and in nature, sure feels like the Lord's return is getting close. If we ever needed to redeem the time, the time is now.

So for the month of March, all the Scripture will be relevant to the topic of redeeming the time. Btw, let me know if you're writing with us. We have a Facebook group of 3.5K people who are writing Scripture daily and now we even have a group on MeWe for those of you who were brave enough to leave Facebook.

Remembering to be Sojourners - KJV Scripture Writing Schedule for February

With all the unrest in our world and especially in our country, I think we need to remember that we are just passing through; this world is not our home. So, for the month of February we are writing about being sojourners on this earth. I know I need reminders to keep my eyes up and not on the things going on around me. Let's use the month of February to focus on the fact that we are just passing through, in doing so we will also remember that all around us are souls that are also just passing through.
There's also a light-ink version for those of you with hungry printers.
This month I'm included a PDF for easier printing, you can find it here.

December 2020 Scripture Writing List + Covid Mess

Hey all! Happy almost December. I know I'm rushing it but at this very moment hubby and I are isolated with Covid. So, he has Covid and is occupying the downstairs and I don't have Covid and I'm isolated up stairs, for EVER! okay, 10 days, seems like forever. Praise the Lord, Johnny's coming through this whole mess with only mild symptoms. The real bummer is that he's been in isolation for 3 days and has 7 more days and then if I get it near the end of his 10 days then it will be 10 more days for me!

So, back to the reason for this post. December is almost here and it's time for a new writing schedule. For the month of December, we will be writing all about the One who is called Wonderful, Counsellor, The might God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. An entire month to just focus on the Master of the universe; it's gonna be good!

30 Days of Thankfulness KJV Scripture Writing

Seems like 2020 has given us lots to complain about and with good reason. It's easy to get in a spirit of, "It's not fair!", during these times so for the month of November we will be writing all about Thankfulness. It seems like a no-brainer for us in the States who celebrate Thanksgiving but thankfulness is good for all of us, no matter where we're from.
Along with this month's schedule there is also a 30 Days of Thankfulness sheet. The idea is to write each day one thing for which you are thankful. We are always thankful, but to come up with 30 different things it takes some soul searching and in that searching we will find many opportunities to thank the Lord even more.
