Darlene Diebler Rose: A Hero of the Faith

Darlene Diebler Rose died in February 2004 leaving a legacy that would long outlive her earthly body.
Darlene and her husband Jerry were missionaries in Papua New Guinea in the 1940s. She was the first American woman to enter the Baliem Valley of New Guinea. Darlene's story is special as she and her husband were taken prisoner by the Japanese and sent to separate prison camps during WWII. Her story is amazing and so moving. What a story of faith!!

You can watch Darlene's testimony here.
